Jimmy Lovette Jr. is well versed in the history of Black music and is Key56 Radio’s resident music historian. Jimmy hosts “Black Music Moments” which airs each Sunday at 2:00 pm. On the show, Jimmy plays classic R&B cuts and shares the history of the songs. His deep knowledge and love of Black music is obvious during his interviews with industry professionals on the show. Jimmy also produces a 60 second feature on the history of Black music that airs several times each day on Key56 called “Black Music Minutes.”
